Rates 
 • $10 each additional person (above 2) per night
• Holidays & "Primetimes" require a 3 to 7 night minimum depending on holiday/season
• NONcashed $100-$150 damage/cleaning deposit required & is due within 7 days of reservation. Add $50 NONcashed   pet deposit if bring pet. NO additional nightly fee
• Full payment is due 21 days (28 days for holidays) prior to stay
• Cash, personal check, and Paypal accepted
• Arrival time is 4 pm
• Departure time is 11 am
• NC sales tax will be added to all listed rates. Current rate 6.75%

Cancellation Policy:100% refund with 21 day (28 days for holidays) or more notice, 50% refund with 20 to 8 day notice, 0% refund with 7 day or less notice, unless the location can be rerented for the same  time period, minus $50 administration fee.

Pet policy
4 legged babies welcomed with:
• Dog biscuits
•  Towels for dirty paws
• Doggie bowls
• Private Location where dogs can run & a creek runs in front of the cabin
• Plastic bags provided for pet waste
• No additional nightly fees
Requests of  you:
•  Clean all animal hair before you depart.  (vacuum provided)
• Wash any dog towels used.
• Do not let your pets urinate inside. If they do be responsible & clean!
• Pick up pet waste and dispose of with provided plastic bags
• Have your pets on the proper flea treatment before arriving
• Refundable pet deposit Required - Additional $50.00 for either location

 We have implemented  these simple steps and ask for your cooperation (where applicable) in helping us make the world a better, greener place where we can all live and  thrive.Please feel free to email us with other ideas.

• We are installing compact light  bulbs where applicable. These bulbs uses less energy and last much  longer.
• We provide recycle bins at all  locations and encourage YOU to recycle all glass, #1 & 2 plastics, aluminum & metal cans and all paper (EXCEPT that which contacted food - pizza boxes,  milk cartons etc.). By recycling, landfill waste will be radically reduced,  therefore decreasing the ground and drinking water impact.
• We ask that you use your  towels more than once. Air drying after each use, saving water and electricity.
 • We print our informative materials on recycled paper, decreasing logging and saving trees.
 • Please use heating and cooling as needed to be comfortable, however supplement your dressappropriately for the weather conditions to use slightly less temperature control. You will help reduce the amount of fossil fuels and energy consumed.
• Turn off lights and appliances, etc. when not in that room. This, too, will reduce energy  consumption.
